Transparency report
Your track is sent over an encrypted connection to our server and then to a specialist third-party classification service. Our application holds the audio only in memory for the request and does not write it to storage.

Data Inventory
We store only what running the service and preventing abuse actually requires. Here is exactly what that is:
- Analysis Results. We keep the returned numeric result (verdict, component indicators, confidence and timeline) for up to 14 days, keyed to a SHA-256 hash of the file so a repeat upload of the same file can reuse the result.
- Rate Limiting Data. We store a salted one-way hash of your IP address to enforce a limit of 12 analyses per 24 hours. The original IP address is never stored.
- Usage Metrics. We record the duration of each analysed track for capacity and volume reporting.
- No Audio. Audio sits in memory for the duration of the request only. We never write it to disk, database or object storage.
- No Accounts. There's no signup, no email collection and no user profiles.
Third-party handling
The complete audio file is forwarded to a specialist third-party AI music detection service for classification. Handling and retention within that service follow the provider’s own terms. We never share your identity, name or email with them.
Government and legal requests
As of August 2026: zero requests for user data from any government, law enforcement agency or private party. We do not retain audio or maintain public user accounts. We would evaluate any valid request against the limited operational records described above and applicable law.
