Reporting a result that looks wrong
If a result doesn't match what you know about a track, that's useful for us to hear about. Include as much of the following as you can:
- The primary category, component indicators and confidence you were shown
- The track's real origin, and how you know it
- File format, and whether the audio was compressed or re-encoded
There's no need to attach the audio file itself unless we specifically ask for it.

If you have a technical question about how detection works, the methodology page is the best starting point; email us if it doesn't answer what you're after.
Response times
This is a small, independently run site, so please allow a few working days for a reply. Privacy requests are handled in line with the timeframes set out in the privacy policy.
